WebP to PDF converter
Pick one or several WebP images, saved from the web where the format is everywhere now, and download them as a single PDF. Decoding and embedding happen in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Files never leave your device: this page has no server to send them to.
How it works
PDF has no native WebP support, so each image is first decoded by your browser and re-encoded as lossless PNG, then embedded with the page sized to the image. That intermediate step preserves every pixel of the decoded image; only the WebP-specific compression is unwrapped.
Frequently asked questions
Why does WebP need converting before embedding?
The PDF format only embeds JPEG and PNG natively. Your browser decodes the WebP and the pixels are repacked as PNG, losslessly, before going into the PDF.
Does an animated WebP work?
Only its first frame ends up in the PDF; a document page is a still image. For the full animation, convert to GIF or video instead.
Will the PDF be bigger than the WebP files?
Usually yes: WebP compresses harder than PNG, and the PDF stores PNG. The trade buys universal compatibility, since every PDF reader everywhere can open the result.
