Split PDF into pages

Pick a PDF and get a zip with each page as its own single-page PDF, named in order. Handy for pulling one page out of a scan or sending only what the recipient needs. The document never leaves your browser.

Files never leave your device: this page has no server to send them to.

How it works

Each page is copied into its own new PDF, preserving size, orientation and content, and the set is packed into a zip named after the original. Files are numbered with padded digits (page-01, page-02) so they sort correctly everywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Can I extract just one page instead of all?

Split the whole document and keep the page you need from the zip; single-page files are small. Range selection is on the list for a future revision.

Why do the files have padded numbers?

So they sort correctly in any file manager: page-02 sorts before page-10. Unpadded names would interleave (1, 10, 11, 2) the moment a document passes nine pages.

Does splitting reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied, not re-rendered: text stays vector text, images keep their original data. The pieces together weigh about the same as the original.
